The whole nine yards $3,750*

Everything. Just everything you need to plan out your wedding. Consider us your wedding BFF. We’ll help you plan out your dream wedding, manage your entire wedding tribe, watch over your RSVPs, build you a wedding website, whatever we can do to ensure that you dive tackle your wedding day with the biggest smile on your face you’ve ever seen! What this package includes:

Full planning including style guides and mood boards | 2 x in-person or zoom meetups | Ongoing email support | Full sourcing of, booking, and coordinating your suppliers | Creation of run sheets, floor plans, and supplier squad lists |On the day set up and coordination (up to 8 hours) | Plus ask us, if we can help, we will - nothing is too much trouble when it comes to your wedding day (even if it is shielding you from crazy family drama

Add ons:

Set up squad $450*

You want to focus on drinking champagne and making memories during your event, so let us set everything up for you.

Included in this package is:

  • 1 set-up crew member to set up your wedding (2 hours - up to 70 guests*)

  • Setting up any elements needed like your tablescape, welcome signs, guest book tables, etc.

You can also add on:

  • Bump in coordination and supplier logistics run sheet development - $450

  • Additional hands (1 person for every 70 pax) - $350

  • Pack down and bump out (at the end of your wedding day or the day after) - $550*

Planner on speed dial $650*

You want to plan and style your own wedding - but you also want an expert on speed dial to run things by…this package is for you!

Included:

  • Unlimited email support where you can ask questions, get all the reassurance you need, and provide all the best advice tailored specifically to your wedding

  • An experienced planner who understands your vision gives you custom advice on those pesky planning challenges and celebrates all the fun milestones when you hit them

Dream team assemble $645*

It’s one of the trickiest things to do in the world of planning: finding the right crew to bring your wedding vision to life. So let us help. This package includes:

  • A 1.5-hour meeting so you can dish on all your wedding fantasies

  • We’ll then provide you with a list of suppliers and their quotes based on your requirements

  • We’ll put together a mood board and style guide of all the recommended suppliers so you can see what your wedding will look like

  • We’ll go back to the drawing board 2 more times if you aren’t gelling with our first recommendations

  • We give you back the autonomy of planning your own wedding know you’ve booked a killer supplier lineup

Party Packages (not weddings)

Event Planning, Coordination & Styling - $950 - includes mood board/style guide, booking and managing event suppliers, coordination of bump in, event day set up

Event Styling & Florals - Starts at $550 - includes mood board/style guide and one large floral arrangement.

Add ons:

  • Cocktail table arrangements - $90 per arrangement

  • Bar/desk/large arrangements - $250 per arrangement

  • Installations/hanging florals - $550 per install

  • Event coordination & set up - $550

Bespoke - need help with something other than the above? Bring it on - we’d love for you to get in touch and chat through all the ways we can support you in throwing the party to rival all parties

Anything extra?

We can literally do anything you need and with all your unique plans, we welcome anything you need assistance with so, hit us up.

Worrying about hidden costs? Here are some of the charges you’ll see us adding on (only if they are required):

  • Travel time, petrol charges, and overnight accommodation (for outside 1.5hrs of Sydney)

  • Accommodation capped at $250 per night

  • Petrol and toll charges are charged at 50 cents per kilometer each way

 event coordination

on the day coordinator $900*

We’ll cue the music, get your bag from ceremony to reception, we’ll ensure your day is the bomb. Included in this package is:

  • Up to 8 hours of on-the-day coordination (basically until all the formalities are done)

  • We’ll oversee the running of the day and ensure everything goes perfectly

  • We’ll make sure all your suppliers are happy, your guests are dancing and you are having the best day of your life

You can also add on:

  • Additional hours - $60/hr

  • Pack down/bump out - $450

event supervisor $70p/hour

Have a person on board to coordinate your tribe of suppliers on the day and oversee that your event is running to plan

Zero-waste, foam-free & totally eco-fabulous

We are on a mission - to show that eco-friendly can be cool. Not only that, it can be freakin fabulous! So we’ve channeled our creativity into teaching ourselves the art of wedding and event floristry. We’ve given OASIS floral foam the flick, come up with an affordable package option to rent our vessels rather than provide your florals in single-use vessels, and we work with you to create your look with only seasonal florals

We can design things of your wildest of imaginations, your fantasy wedding lookbook, and that deep desire to make your wedding and event guests go “wow!”.

 Commonwealth Registered Marriage Celebrant

As a Commonwealth Registered Marriage Celebrant we can marry you, name you, or commit you to the one you love. Our ceremonies are unique, mindful, and authentic and we design with you in the forefront of our mind always
